Elite’s new iHub Wheels are some of the most advanced BMX wheels
available. The high-end wheels feature a straight-pull spoke design that
boosts lateral rigidity, wheel strength and reduces weight.
At the heart of the wheels are the new, lightweight, fully
CNC-machined Sinz Elite iHubs, which have hollow 15-millimeter
aluminum-alloy axles paired with 10-millimeter button-head bolts.
Massive 22- and 25-millimeter outer flanges at the ends of the axles
create massive clamping surface between the hub and the dropouts.
Oversize axles further improve lateral rigidity and help support the
cassette body in the rear. Connecting the iHubs to a pair of brand new
Sinz Elite hoops are triple-butted, straight-pull, stainless steel
spokes and oversize aluminum nipples.
Straight-pull spokes offer many advantages over common J-bend spokes.
Despite their lower spoke count and lower weight, Sinz Elite 24- (Mini)
32-hole wheels are as strong as heavier higher spoke-count J-bend spoke
wheels. Because straight-pull spokes flex less, they create wheels that
are up to 30 percent stiffer laterally than traditional wheels and are
less inclined to stretch and break. Lighter and stiffer, what more could
you want from a race wheel?
Sizes include Pro 20- and 24-inch, Expert 20- and 24-inch and Mini
20-inch. The Pro and Expert wheels have 32 spokes front and rear while
the Minis have 24. The rims, iHubs, spokes and nipples are finished in
black with laser-etched hub and custom, heat-infused, full-coverage rim
graphics.

- Sinz Elite 20-inch Expert 19-millimeter, double-wall, aluminum rims.

- 20-millimeter hollow aluminum axles paired with Grade-8 steel,10-millimeter, male bolts front and rear.
- 6-millimeter Allen-key fastening bolts.
- 32 stainless steel straight-pull, triple-butted spokes with 3-cross
lacing front and rear. This is comparable in strength to a 36-hole,
4-cross lacing wheel.
- Light weight, aluminum nipples.
